- This fee is **non-refundable** if the booking is older than **2 hours**.
- Full service charges must be paid upon completion of the work.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- You can cancel your booking within **2 hours** of placing it to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within **7 working days**.

5. Service Execution

- Our technicians will perform services as per the customer's request.
- Customers must ensure access to the service location.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to our service.
